Project Scope: The scope of this acquisition includes minor construction projects at Piney Wood South Region, Texas (which includes Sam Rayburn Reservoir and Town Bluff Lake) This would include a wide variety of repair and minor construction services, such as: o Carpentry o Painting Paving Road Maintenance Fencing Electrical Sign Maintenance and Installation Ordering period will be a one-year base and four 12-month option periods.
