Description | Indoor centralized weld fume extraction system for 18 welding booths. Fume system must include one-year parts and labor warranty covering both equipment and installation. Centralized system should return filtered air back in the welding lab. Bid should include necessary telescoping extraction arms, ductwork from welding booths to centralized system, balancing dampers, and all required arm and duct supports. Bid price must include freight and all necessary components required for a complete and operable system installation in the Welding Lab (Room 150), William Wood Building located on Victoria College at 2200 East Red River Street, Victoria, Texas 77901. Installation will include, but is not limited to: placement and mounting of vent and filtration system, installing and supporting duct from welding booths to central system, connecting system to existing electrical system, and air flow balancing. Upon installation, systems must be fully operational. System design and installation should be in accordance with SMACNA industrial guidelines, 2015 International Mechanical and Energy Codes, and all applicable local codes and ordinances. |
