2022 Sidewalk & Parking Lot Improvements

** Village of Ashwaubenon rejected bids and will be re-bidding maybe in January. ** Pre-Qualification: Yes Pre-Bid Meeting Info: none In general, the project consists of parking lot, sidewalk, and various intersection improvements at multiple locations throughout the Village of Ashwaubenon. The improvements include but are not limited to 15,045 SY of asphalt pulverizing and relaying, 3,700 SF of concrete sidewalk, 1,200 LF of 18" concrete curb and gutter, 2,600 tons of HMA pavement, pedestrian signal improvements, pavement markings, pedestrian improvements, turf replacement, chain link fence with automated gates, and related items. Alternate bid No. 1 involves re-ditching and cleaning the ditch adjacent to the Village Hall Public Safety Parking Lot. Alternate bids No. 2 and No. 3 involve additional asphalt pavement replacement at the Cornerstone Community Center. Alternate bid No. 4 involves substituting a sliding gate for a vertical pivot gate at the Village Hall Public Safety Parking Lot. Complete all pavement and curb and gutter work at the Village Hall Parking Lot by September 16, 2022. Complete remaining fencing and associated work at the Village Hall Parking Lot by October 31, 2022. Complete all remaining portions of the project by October 31, 2022.
