| Description | This project is a five-year contract to provide the construction of various asphalt patching, milling and overlays, and street reconstruction throughout Midvale City. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty acceptable in form to Midvale City in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the proposal payable to Midvale City as a guaranty that, if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Agreement no later than ten days after the award is made on the Contract. All questions related to this Proposal Package shall be submitted on U3P no later than May 16, 2022, at 5:00pm MDT. |
