Description

• Construction of a new 750,000 gallon capacity composite (concrete and steel) water tower including design and installation of the foundation system, electrical systems, anti-freeze system, appurtenances, coating system, and site work including rain gardens, site piping and appurtenances, concrete and bituminous pavement, and site restoration. • Reconditioning of an existing 150,000-gallon capacity multi-legged water tower: including various structural modifications and minor coating repairs required to complete the structural modifications. Upon completion of the work, the tower will not be returned to service in the water distribution system but shall remain as a landmark. Reconditioning of the existing water tower interior and exterior coatings is not scheduled at this time and is not included in the Work.
