Description

Beginning at a point in the intersection of Kingman Street and Federal Street in downtown St. Albans and continuing easterly on Kingman Street for approximately 520 feet to the intersection of Kingman Street and US Route 7 (North Main Street). Work to be performed under this project includes: Full depth pavement reconstruction, removal of concrete roadway base, new signs, striping, landscaping and lighting, as well as new curbing, sidewalk, sewer, water and drainage improvements. The Contract shall be completed on or before December 3, 2021.
