Description

Project Summary: Construction of two new tilt-up warehouses. Building #1 is 74,061 sf and Building #2 is 82,300 sf. PLEASE BID EACH BUILDING SEPARATELY. Civil Site Plan and Geotech Report have been included for reference. Speed, without compromising safety or quality is a primary success criterion for this project. Schedule: Planned to start in late May or early June. Planned for a 9 to 11 month total construction duration. There will be a 60 day stagger between the start of construction of each building. A more detailed schedule is forthcoming. Design/Build Trades: Fire Protection Plumbing Mechanical Electrical Alternates: None at this time. Governmental Charges: This project is NOT exempt from any Governmental charges such as sales tax, use taxes, etc. All applicable Governmental charges shall be included within the proposals. If applicable, include permit fees required for work performed in your proposal. (demolition, grading, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Job Specific Labor Requirements This project does NOT have any job specific labor requirements Standard Documents to Review in the Project Files: Russell standard subcontract or purchase order. Please note the standard subcontract includes the insurance requirements and safety standards. Please pay special attention to the pollution liability requirements. Any cost related to a pollution liability policy shall be included within the proposals. Prequalification Packet does not need to be completed to submit a proposal. Russell will require this packet to be completed prior to award. Russell VDC Requirements Bonding: Bid bonds, and payment and performance bonds are not required.
