Furnish and install fencing and access controls, with two automated gates to surround the perimeter of the recycling site. Construction of concrete pads with a curb wall where waste will be stored. Furnish and install concrete stacking block walls to contain waste. Sawcut, regrade, and repave access road to the recycling center. Bidders must conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as well as the General Conditions, Supplemental The Borough of Bernville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough. The Borough of Bernville also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids.
