Description

Hennepin County is seeking responders who can deploy a solid waste management solution that will enable up to 20 scale attendants to process commercial and residential solid waste transactions across three physical locations and 5 site computers. The solution should also enable up to 10 employees to produce administrative support activities such as manage customer accounts, create reports, and reconcile transactions within the system. Additionally, the system must integrate with PeopleSoft to send invoices for hauler transactions. The proposed solution may be on-prem, vendor hosted, or a hybrid.
