Complete replacement of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation system for Chickasaw County Courthouse, Houston, MS (National Historical Register Building) with one of the following system types: Option #1: Chilled/Hot Water System: Replacement of chiller, boiler, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, piping, insulation, and controls. Provide improved ventilation/filtration. Removal/replacement of existing ceiling. Provide alternate for replacement of existing fluorescent lights with LED lights.Option #2: Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF). Provide VRF system to replace existing chilled/hot water system. Provide improved ventilation/filtration. Removal/replacement of existing ceiling. Provide alternate for replacement of existing fluorescent lights with LED lights. Option #3: Water Source Heat Pump (WSHP). Provide WSHP system to replace existing chilled/hot water system. Provide improved ventilation/filtration. Removal/replacement of existing ceiling. Provide alternate for replacement of existing fluorescent lights with LED lights.
