1. 5,400 square feet Pre-engineered building 2. Furnishing labor, material and equipment to complete scope of work 3. Excavate for turn down footings and columns 4. Set and/or place perimeter formwork 5. Install footing and pier reinforcement 6. Set column anchor bolts 7. Place 4" gravel base with 6 mil poly vapor barrier and 6x6 6/6 slab reinforcement 8. Install eighty lineal feet of 12" wide trench drain with 6" drain extended to 5'outside the building 9. Install eight 6" x 6' concrete filled bollards 10. Pour and finish 6" thick 4000 psi concrete slab with turn down footings and piers 11.Saw control joints and apply concrete cure and seal 12. Furnish and install two hanging gas heaters with thermoset, 125,000 BTU 13. Exhaust vents through the wall and/or roof 14. Gas piping to 5' outside the building to meter location 15. Gas Tankless Rinnai water heater 200,000 BTU 16. Furnish and erect the following specified pre-engineered building
