| Description | The Project consists generally of the following major items: 1. Facility improvements including pavement markings, signing, traffic signals, and the installation of tubular markers at the following locations: Priority List: Milburnie Road / Shanta Drive, West Street / Harrington Street, Hardimont Road, Hutton Street / Pylon Drive / Beryl Road , Other : Dunn Road , Tylerton Drive / Glendower Road / Glenharden Drive, Huntleigh Drive / Ingram Drive, Crosstown Bikeway, and Oakwood Avenue / Hill Street. There will be 3 bid alternatives for this project, the alternatives include: 1. Alternative 1 includes all the above locations being completed before the end of 2021. 2. Alternative 2 to include completing the priority list and adding temporary painted markings in all other locations before the end of 2021 with completing the remaining permanent marking in 2022. 3. Alternative 3 includes a priority list to be completed by the end of 2021 and the other markings to be completed in 2022 with no temporary markings. |
