Description | The State Preservation Board (SPB) is requesting bids from qualified vendors to furnish and install a 100 amp feeder circuit at the Texas State Capitol Building in Austin, Texas. Scope of work: o Furnish and install 100amp single phase breaker in existing panel 208v o Furnish and install emt conduit from panel to retaining wall by loading dock ramp o Provide all pull Nema 3R boxes where necessary o Core through retaining wall and furnish and install conduit down retaining wall and/or bury PVC to a box near sidewalk o From box near sidewalk. Run pvc conduit on top of ground to existing green cabinet near guard shack and penetrate green cabinet for connection o Pull copper wire in all conduit with a neutral and ground o Pull copper wire from green cabinet to existing in ground pull boxes (Per walkthrough) All questions pertaining to this IFB may be directed to SPB.Bids@tspb.texas.gov and must be received by 5PM, CT, September 28, 2022 The State Preservation Board (SPB) will award the project based on the lowest qualified bid. The project will only be awarded to a vendor who has experience acceptable to the SPB with the with type of services specified, meets the minimum qualifications listed in this document, and can submit references of previous similar work acceptable to the SPB. The SPB reserves the right to reject a bid if references or the ability to provide services cannot be verified or if a reference is unacceptable to the SPB. The SPB reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any bid, waive minor technicalities and award the bid to best serve the interests of the State |
