HVAC Design and Install for City Hall Building

1. Replace the 40-ton roof mounted Nessbit 400 with comparable 30-ton 3-4 stage compressor unit with high efficiency rating. 2. Disconnect, remove, and dispose the old Nessibit roof top unit, furnish and install two new roof curbs, and repair rooftop as needed. 3. Replace both 15 and 20-ton split units and with higher efficiency units to include new secondary pans, new condensate lines piped outside the building, and new refrigerant lines. 4. Replace split system air handlers with higher efficiency units with electric heat and required duct heaters. 5. Disconnect, remove, and dispose old split units, associated air handlers, and duct heaters. 6. Install thermostats for each duct heater and furnish new non-proprietary controls for both systems. 7. Cap off floor return and install new return grills as needed in the main 1 story building hallway as needed. 8. Install new diffusers in open areas as needed. 9. All duct work is to be cleaned and replaced as needed throughout. 10. Air flow shall be balanced as needed. 11. Provide a one-year warranty on this system along with a detailed component listing with associated warranty information. 12. Adjust and commission the building after all the work has been completed. 13. Complete as-built control drawings for customer documentation. 14. Provide (1) 2-hour training class to the facilities department.
