Description Estimate: $101,000/year - estimated total contract value for full term $505,000 Work specified in this section consists of the routine mowing of grassed or vegetated sites and could include drainage swales within easements or areas close to private property with high production mowing equipment, trimming around structures such as pipe ends, discharge structures, pathways and fence lines and the periodic mowing of difficult areas that my require the use of specialized equipment. Hand labor may be required to perform the specified work in certain areas or during certain times. Contractor shall furnish a complete proposal of his plan for accomplishing the required work, including a list of the equipment and personnel to be utilized, prior to execution of the contract. Contractor shall trim around all obstructions such as signs, posts, fences, trees, slabs, walls, monitoring wells, etc., with every service. Grounds Maintenance of County Lift Stations(LS), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Effluent Ponds and Administrative Offices for Marion County Utilities Department (MCU). There are approximate ly 190 locations (some locations have multiple mowing areas), and it is reasonably expected sites will be added or removed as new LS and plants are constructed , or obsolete sites are disposed. Work consists of maintaining all sites on the Bid Form as sc heduled, and subject to weather; however, there is no guarantee of any minimum or maximum number of cycles
