Construction Manager-at-Risk - May 2022 Bond Program - Additions and renovations to High School/Middle School, Early Childhood, Elementary School, Infrastructure Improvements

London Independent School District London ISD invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the May 2022 Bond Program for includes the following: additions and renovations to High School/Middle School, Early Childhood, Elementary School, Infrastructure Improvements, Stadium Improvements, and future new Elementary School. The District will be utilizing the two-step process pursuant to Texas Government Code 2269, Subchapter F for this project. Interested firms will first submit qualifications. Upon receipt of the qualifications, the District will review and then prepare a short list of firms to submit proposed fees prior to an interview with the selection committee.
