The facility incorporates approximately 24,000 square feet of used space, including offices, corridors, halls, classrooms, lobbies, reception areas, restrooms, and kitchen areas. The Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, perform all janitorial services described and specified in this Scope of Work. |
