| Description | Lump sum sale on 362.69 acres of Georgia Forestry Commission (GFC) property located within the Dixon Memorial State Forest in Ware County. The sale area is located approximately ten (10) miles southeast of Waycross, GA; The location is also described by Georgia Gazetteer page 61 block F9. This timber sale consists of 54.96 acres of forty-six (46) year old planted loblolly pine and 307.73 acres of 41 - 46 year old planted slash pine; both are to be clear cut. This sale consists of the following forest products: pine pulpwood, pine chip & saw, pine saw timber and pine poles. Timber sale boundaries are marked with three diagonal marks of blue paint. |
