Description

To remove and dispose of existing air handler and condensing unit. Contractor is to install a new 7.5 ton 2 stage heat pump with new line sets. The new unit will match existing unit voltage, and phase. The heat strips will be a minimum of 15 kw. The contractor will install a new programmable 2 stage cooling and three stage heating thermostat. The contractor will connect the new unit to existing duct. All duct joints and connections will be sealed with mastic. The contractor will install a new disconnect, power wiring, and conduit from disconnect to unit. The contractor is responsible for all permits and inspections.
