| Description | 1. Roof Recover of existing metal roof, two main roof areas, City of Midway Fire Department Station 1. “Red Metal” Tower Roof and Connector Roof are not included in this scope of work. (Drawing attached for clarity). 2. Furnish and install recover insulation over existing metal roof. Insulation to be EPS Flute Fill and 1.5” polyisocyanurate thermal insulation (ISO). 3. Furnish and install .060 TPO Roof Membrane over insulation assembly. 4. Furnish and install .060 TPO Base Flashings and Accessories. 5. Existing Coping Caps, Gutters and Downspouts to be reused. Roof and Flashing terminations to be by termination bar. 6. Furnish roof manufacturer’s 15 year warranty. 7. Furnish contractor’s 3 year warranty. |
