Marinus Street and 2020 Road, Curb and Sidewalk Improvements

Work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Base Bid The milling and resurfacing of Marinus Street from Rochelle Avenue to N.J. Route 17 and the milling and resurfacing of Madison Avenue from Rochelle Avenue to its dead end. Also included in the project scope is significant curb replacement, various driveway replacements, and minor drainage improvements. All non-conforming ADA curb ramps within the project limits will be replaced with compliant curb ramps. Alternate Bid Spot concrete sidewalk replacements along Marinus Street and Madison Avenue. Principal items of work in the project include: Base Bid · 13,130 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3" or Less · 1,940 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 12.5M64 Surface Course · 650 S.Y. Concrete Driveway, Reinforced, 6" Thick · 6,180 L.F. 9" x 18" Concrete Vertical Curb Alternate Bid · 260 S.Y. Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days of notice to proceed.
