Description | The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed proposals for the supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and services to complete the expansion of approximately .52 acres of City property located at the northwest quadrant of Booth Road and Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088. All proposals may not exceed Ten Thousand & 00/100 ($10,000.00) Dollars and must include, but not be limited to the following: a) Landscape Design b) Electricity / irrigation system with timer c) Removal of existing Tallow Tree / Replace with Tytlest(R) Nuttall Oak (minimum 1 in caliper) d) Addition of beds with space for annuals e) Addition of wooden signage & landscape lighting on sign for central Georgia Board of Realtors in between current Crape Myrtles f) List of plant materials (materials should include but not be limited to native pollinator shrubs and flowers such as pink muhly grass, bee balm, coneflowers, black eyed Susans, butterfly milkweed, etc.) Bidders are advised to visit the job site for exact measurements before submitting proposals. The successful proposer shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor(s) carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. Worker's Compensation & Builders Risk 100% 2. Comprehensive General Liability 1M/3M/50K 3. Comprehensive Vehicle Liability 1M/3M/50K The proposal, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible contractor whose proposal will be the most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest. |
