Construction of the new HQ building, which includes a Visitor Contact area & Office spaces, at the Huron WMD near Huron South Dakota. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to fulfill the requirements of the Specifications and Drawings. The work is anticipated to commence in the spring of 2023 (April-May) based on weather conditions. October starting will pertain to material acquisition, submittal reviews, and scheduling. LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF THE SITE: failure of the contractor to ascertain the nature, location and conditions which affect the work will not relieve the contractor from the responsibility for successfully performing the work without additional expense to the government.
