Long Term Stabilization of the Delaware and Raritan Canal's Western Embankment from Station 156+00 to 207+00, Phase I

LONG TERM STABILIZATION OF THE DELAWARE AND RARITAN CANAL'S WESTERN EMBANKMENT FROM STA. 156+00 TO 207+00, PHASE I, IN STOCKTON BOROUGH, HUNTERDON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY The Contractor will be required to Substantially Complete all work within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and offer for Final Acceptance of the entire project within 210 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. All bids submitted shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to not less than 10% percent of the total bid price or $20,000, whichever is less. This is a "Public Work" project and bidders are required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act and the New Jersey Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of the State of New Jersey Business Registration Certification Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32- 44), Affirmative Action Compliance requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.), the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.14), the Small/Disabled Veteran Business Set Aside Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-17, 31.1 et seq.), and the Pay to Play Prohibitions and Political Contribution Disclosure requirements (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13 et seq. (P.L. 2005, c.51), N.J.S.A. 19:44A20.27 (P.L. 2005, c.271).

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
