Community outreach is considered crucial for the success of the Beach Restroom Facilities Master Plan. The planning and design team will collaborate with the City and its leadership to create a participatory process that involves all community members who wish to have a say in the project. Various methods such as interviews, meetings, workshops, and presentations will be employed, catering to different group sizes and formats to ensure broad engagement. The consultant team will personally lead these outreach efforts, utilizing online platforms and social media in addition to traditional methods to gather feedback and facilitate communication. However, personal engagement with the community, stakeholders, and City leaders will not be replaced by electronic means. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
