| Description | Project scope includes but is not limited to reconstruction efforts on the Park Avenue Viaduct in East Harlem replacing major segments of the elevated steel structure including replacing existing structures, tracks, power, communications and signal system from the north side of East 115th Street to the south side of East 123rd Street. As of January 10, 2023, MTA has entered into a project labor agreement with Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York and Vicinity. A general contractor has been awarded, but not announced. Construction is anticipated to begin January 2023. |
