Arbor Haven Subdivision - Phase 4 Roadway and Utility Development Project

Contract "A" - General Site, Roadway & Utility Construction 1. Work of this contract entails development of 1,585 lineal feet roadways, including; clearing and grubbing, grading, base aggregate dense, concrete curbing, restoration, shouldering, sanitary and water utilities, which includes 50 l.f. of 21 inch and 1,246 l.f. of 8" sewer main, 542 l.f. of 12" and 1,045 l.f. of 8" water main, and water/sewer laterals and appurtenances. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the Contractor's bid. Work by Others Work by others or owner that shall be concurrent to work of this contract includes the following: 1. Providing and installing of gas, electric, telephone and cable service to the home sites will occur after the project site has been mass graded and roadway base material placed, but before final ditch grading, topsoil placement and restoration. Lot corners will be set for installation of the gas, electric, telephone and cable services. Contractor to maintain lot corners during topsoil placement and ditch restoration. Any damaged lot corners will be the responsibility of the Contractor to replace. 2. Pavement of the asphalt binder lift will be done others. Recycled asphalt shouldering, final topsoil blending to shoulder material and restoration is to occur after the asphalt binder lift has been placed. Asphalt is to be protected after placement for remaining work of this contract. 3. All other work described as BY owner within the plans and specifications will be performed under the OWNER's scope. Work of these contracts shall be coordinated with the owner. 4. Coordinate work of these Contracts with all work by owner and others.
