| Description | Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified Providers to design, fabricate, deliver, install, operate and maintain a roof or ground-mounted utility-interactive solar photovoltaic ("PV") system under a power purchase agreement. The successful Provider will be determined solely from the Proposals. However, the Wayne County Board of Education reserves the right to interview all of the candidates, if it so chooses. Provider submitting a proposal in physical (hard copy) format, shall furnish six (6) copies of the completed proposal package. Electronic submissions shall be in a single PDF document. |
