Description

HVAC Filed Sub Bid Contractor Prequalification for Eliot School RTU Replacement Project . Respondents must be DCAMM certified in HVAC and Prime Contractor. The scope of this project includes removal and replacement of four (4) roof top HVAC equipment (RTU) at the Eliot School. The project includes selective demolition and removal of existing RTUs, addition of steel dunnage or structural modifications to existing structure to accommodate new equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation electrical power and controls as required to make equipment fully functional. The project construction shall be completed during the school summer vacation in 2024. The HVAC contractor must also be DCAMM certified as a Prime Contractor and will function as the General C ontractor responsible for coordinating the other trades. Question Deadline 08/18/2023
