Architectural Services for the Renovations and Additions for Atlanta Printmakers Studio Facility

Architectural Proposals for the renovations and additions to the facility at this location for the purpose of leasing to the Atlanta Printmakers Studio. The existing building is approximately 1,200 sf and will require significant modifications, including repair and refurbishing structural elements, envelope elements, and interior spaces. The project will also include an addition of approximately 1,500 sf to the existing building. Civil design includes parking and outside event space. Design services will include schematic design, design developmental documents, full construction documents including a specification manual, and construction administration services. The services shall include architectural, interior design, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, fire alarm design, fire suppression, plumbing engineering, landscape design and civil engineering.
