| Description | The removal and replacement of approximately 40,037 square feet of existing BUR with gravel roof system with expired warranty, and replace with with new mechanically fastened w/induction single-ply (TPO) roofing membrane system, insulation (Min. R-30), caulking, roof accessories and metal edge flashing. Partial structural seismic upgrade to existing roof deck diaphragm. New secondary roof drains and replacement of existing primary roof drains. Removal and replacement of (4) existing prefabricated skylight curb systems. Provide new safety guardrails, roof hatch and ladder. Remove abandoned roof top equipment & curbs and infill roof deck. Reworking of existing curbs at mechanical roof tops, relief air louver systems and exhaust fans are included in the project scope. Repair misc. exterior building items that have failed to ensure weather tight building envelope. |
