Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Process Improvements - HVAC Contract No. Bpi-1b: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, all New York State Environmental Facilities Clean Water State Revolving Fund Project C7-6240-13-00 contract requirements and prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract. The Owner is exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment and supplies sold to the Owner pursuant to this Contract. These taxes are not to be included in the Bid. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation or information shall be by email and sent to Nick Stevens, P.E. at nstevens@brwncald.com. All requests for Information (RFI) must be received by 11:00 am, 6 working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids to be given consideration (Wednesday, December 14th ).
