The work under this contract shall consist of grading, base aggregate dense, HMA pavement, removal of Structure P-13-901, erosion control items, finishing items, Structure B-13-0888 and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Estimate Anticipated Funding $250,000 - $499,999 With each sealed proposal, the bidder must include a properly executed bid bond or a cashier's check, certified check, bank's check, or postal money order in the amount designated on the Highway Work Proposal made payable to the Department.
