Labor & Material to remove the existing 7.5-ton split system and the 4-ton split system for the front office. Installation of a 10-Ton split system to service the office area controlled by one wi-fi thermostat. Gas Heat & Electric Air Condenser Equipment/Quantity 1: Specify Brand and Model Gas Furnace Equipment/Quantity 2: Specify Brand and Model Evaporator Coil Equipment/Quantity 1: Specify Brand and Model Retrofit the existing ductwork from both existing trunk lines to one supply pelum. The return will draw in between the ceilings through eggcrate grills. 3-Ton Split Unit: Installation of a 3-Ton split system to service the kitchen, breakroom and supply room. o80% Gas Furnace Condenser Equipment/Quantity 1: Specify Brand and Model Gas Furnace 80% Equipment/Quantity 1: Specify Brand and Model Condenser & Evaporator Coil Equipment Quantity 1: Specify Brand & Model Copper Line Set Heat Pump Gree Mini Split System Heat Pump 36,000 BTU installed in Front Waiting Area Copper Linset, wall bracket or preform concrete pad. Communicating cable, service disconnect. Labor and material to install the electrical for the HVAC. Vendor is responsible for pulling all necessary permits, if needed. Vendor is responsible for removing all debris and old units from facility.
