Materials, supplies and labor. o Paint all visible exterior wood. o Remove and reinstall lights for roof repairs to be made. o New switch and cover. o Two (2) new GFCI and covers. o Reuse existing lights, wiring and power Eldor Johnson Pavilion Roof: 36'x62' o Remove and replace entire roof system down to log beams and post, rebuild to match existing as close as possible. Rafters and joist. o 3/4 decking, metal drip edge, architectural shingles. o Rewire pavilion breaker box, weatherhead, four (4) 110 outlets, five (5) LED ceiling lights. o Paint all visible wood. |
