| Description | Addendum 1 has been released for this RFP. Please contact the owner for this information. BID BOND (NOT REQUIRED) Design Requirements. The County is seeking a Contractor to provide the following design requirements, at a minimum: 1) The signs shall be attractive and exhibit a professional quality of workmanship, which will reflect positively on CobbLinc. 2) Signage shall incorporate CobbLinc’s branding standards, as appropriate. 3) Signage shall leverage the spatial organization of the facility and utilize architectural design features, destination zones, landmarks, shape, color, lighting, etc. 4) Signage shall be easy to recognize, consistent, clear, distinctive, and easy to read. 5) Signage shall be compliant with 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. 6) The Contractor shall have a primary goal of ensuring that signage works in unity with the work of other consultants to generate a well-coordinated facility. 7) Signage shall be updateable by CobbLinc and utilize CobbLinc’s internal resources whenever possible |
