Location: In Penobscot County: Northbound section is located on Interstate 95 Northbound beginning, 1.74 mile north of the Hampden town line and Extending north 3.73 miles. Southbound section is located on Interstate 95 Southbound beginning 0.12 mile south of the Hampden town line and extending south 3.54 miles.
