A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority is soliciting proposals for the rehabilitation of four (4) single phase main transformers. Work is located at O'Neill Pumping-Generating Plant approximately 12 miles west of Los Banos, California, in Merced County, as shown on the Location Map, drawing 805- D-786. Schedule of Contract Milestones: 1. Spare Transformer Tank Lid Analysis Complete: minimum 21 calendar days before beginning Spare Transformer Rehab. 2. Spare Transformer Delivery of Materials: minimum 4 calendar days before beginning Spare Transformer Rehab. 3. Spare Transformer Rehabilitation Pre-Work Tests: minimum 21 calendar days before outage start date. 4. Spare Transformer Ready to Move Into Final Location: minimum 1 calendar day before outage start date. 5. In-Service Transformers Delivery of Materials: minimum 7 calendar days before outage start date. 6. Spare Transformer Commission Testing: within 10 calendar days after outage start date. 7. In-Service Transformers Pre-Work Tests: within 1 calendar day after outage start date. 8. In-Service Transformers Commission Testing: within 38 calendar days after outage start date. 9. Protective Relay Commission Testing: within 44 days after outage start. |
