Description

Parking lot improvements at both sites, by removing existing gravel and/or asphalt and replacing with flex base and asphalt overlay and striping the two parking lots. Currently, the Heritage Community Park parking lot is unpaved with gravel and asphalt milling as the parking surface. The Police parking area consists of a public and City parking lot of asphalt paving in poor condition with two driveways having access to Bear Creek Rd.
