New Aviation Fuel Bulk Storage and Loading/Unloading Facilities

The work generally consists of construction of an above ground aviation fuel bulk storage and loading/unloading facilities. Improvements include six 50,000 gallon Jet-A tanks, a 6,000 and 12,000 gallon Diesel tank, a 6,000 and 12,000 gallon Gasoline tank, loading, unloading, dispensing, electrical and mechanical infrastructure and associated sitework including excavation and grading, storm sewer, water main, sanitary sewer, Portland Cement Concrete pavement, traffic control, seeding and fertilizing. Prospective bidders are hereby advised that the quantities indicated herein are approximate and are subject to change per Section 40 of the General Provisions.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
