Description

Work includes the demolition of the existing roofing system and replacement with a new roofing system on the Thickening and Dewatering Building as detailed within the Contract Documents. Demolition of the existing roofing system and installation of a new roofing system includes temporary and permanent relocation of roof mounted ancillary items such as AC condensing units and antennas. Installation of the new roofing system includes installation of a complete roofing system, replacement of all coping, installation of extended flashing up to the coping, as well as installation of flashing around various roof mounted equipment, pipes, penetrations, installation of new roof penetrations and replacement of all skylights.
