| Description | The Town of Leicester is seeking bids for Bituminous Concrete Excavation by Cold Planer. Removal of bituminous concrete by Cold Planer in designated areas. The Contractor shall provide all equipment necessary for cold planing, hauling of all removed materials and cleaning of surface in preparation of pavement. There may be roadways that will require keyways up to 3 feet wide that will not be cold planed; they will be resurfaced only. Bids will be opened publicly at that time. Bids shall be addressed to the Town of Leicester and should be submitted in the form specified, in a sealed envelope endorsed "Bid - Bituminous Concrete Excavation by Cold Planer" with the bidder's name and address. Each bidder shall enclose with the bid an acceptable bid bond in the amount of of the bid's value on the form specified. The Town of Leicester reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding and to make the award as appears to the best interests of the Town. |
