Description

Kennedy Booster Station Upgrades and McKees Rocks Booster Station VFD (Electrical) All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to West View Water Authority, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All bids must be identified by marking sealed envelope based upon contract being bid: Kennedy Booster Station Upgrade & McKees Rocks Booster Station VFD (Electrical). The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids and to waive any informalities within the bids received.
