Location is the Towns of North Hempstead and Oyster Bay, Nassau County. This Project is Located in the Capital District Region and Includes the Following: Counties Nassau Suffolk As of September 27, 2022, The current status of the project is Future Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2026. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2026. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2027.
