Curbside Collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Vegetative Waste Rebid No 1

The Township Committee originally received bids for Contract #2022-08 on Thursday, September 29, 2022, and rejected the bid received in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2(d) by Resolution No. 22-267 on November 1, 2022, and authorized revision and rebid of the contract. This contract is being rebid pursuant to the requirements of the Uniform Bid Specifications for Municipal Solid Waste Collection Contracts, specifically N.J.A.C. 7:26H-6.7(e). Each proposal must be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the contract specifications. A Bid Deposit must accompany submissions in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check equaling 10% of the bid but not to exceed $20,000. An unconditional consent of surety is also required to submit the proposal. 1. This solicitation will be awarded via a Fair and Open Process in ac cordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. 2. Bidder must be registered with the State of New Jersey at the time of the contract award. 3. Bidders must provide an Ownership Disclosure Affidavit with the bid proposal; failure to provide the same is a non-waivable defect. 4. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Envelope or Package must be endorsed, Contract #2022-08A Curbside Collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Vegetative Waste Rebid #1.
