Description

Glenwood and Windsor Swimming Pool Construction CDBG, the work for which consists of demolition of the existing pool and select facilities, construction of the proposed swimming pool, all appurtenant site and underground utility work, all necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work for the proper functioning of the pool and facilities, a proposed bathhouse and mechanical room, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, plans and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
