2022 Street and Utility Improvements - Priorities 4 and 5

Work generally consist of approximately 10,500 square yards of bituminous pavement removal and replacement along with sub grade and sub base improvements – these improvements are limited to the area of the trench required to replace utilities; 1,480 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 724 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 1,715 square feet of concrete driveway; 3,290 square feet of concrete sidewalk; 3,615 linear feet of open-cut 8-12-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, service connections, sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances; 3,855 linear feet of open-cut 6-8-inch PVC water main, water service connections, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances; 1,335 square yards of landscaping and seeding; erosion and traffic control; temporary water service; and sewer bypass pumping.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
