Description

The selected Consultant and its sub-consultants, shall be responsible for the performance of a full range of FTA NEPA-compliant documentation, community and stakeholder outreach, Conceptual Design to Final Design services to include, but not limited to the following: 1. Transit facility architectural design and engineering site design plans 2. Cost estimates 3. Construction Plans and Specifications required to enable PSTA to advertise for bids for the construction of the ITC. 4. The Consultant will coordinate directly with PSTA in undertaking the work as described in this RFQ. The primary design disciplines anticipated to be engaged during this project include: 1. Planning and Environmental 2. Architectural and Interior Design 3. Site, Civil and Utility Design 4. Landscape Design 5. Geotechnical Design 6. Structural Engineering 7. HVAC and Energy Conservation Systems 8. Electrical Engineering.
