Landfill cell construction including but not limited to silt fence installation, excavation, fill, grading, installation of site access road, drainage ditch and culverts, installation of liner system (Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL), Flexible Geomembrane Liner (FML) (HDPE), Geocomposite) with anchor trenching and tie-in to existing liners, installation of Leachate Collection System (LSC) with leachate gravel drainage material and associated sump, sump access risers and cleanout pipes, and protective cover preparation and installation.
