| Description | Gannett Fleming, Inc. is under contract by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to perform bridge inspections in Berks County, PA. Gannett Fleming, Inc. will require the services of a Contractor to provide an under-bridge crane and basket operator to access bridges during select inspections. The total number of inspections may vary and will be scheduled on an as-needed basis through January 2023. The need for an under-bridge crane may be eliminated at any time by the Department of Transportation. Gannett Fleming, Inc. will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
